Tell us what you want filed
For LLC support, you tell us that you have already decided to form a Texas LLC. For EIN support, the business must be ready for the EIN application step.
Avanza Grow provides clerical filing support for new entrepreneurs and small-business owners in Texas who have already decided what they want to file. We can organize information you provide, enter it into the applicable government form or portal, submit it at your direction when authorized, and organize the filing confirmation and records.
You choose every substantive answer and business decision. We do not choose or recommend the answers for you.
There is no self-service filing platform. You contact us after you have made the business decisions, and we help with the paperwork and submission steps using the information you provide.
For LLC support, you tell us that you have already decided to form a Texas LLC. For EIN support, the business must be ready for the EIN application step.
We identify the factual information the government form requests. We do not tell you which legal, ownership, management, registered-agent, or tax choices to make.
You supply the information, make all substantive decisions, and review the completed filing information before submission.
We transcribe the information you approved, submit it at your direction when authorized, and organize the filing evidence or confirmation for your records.
If you have made the business decisions and want help with the paperwork, contact us. If you are unsure which entity, management structure, ownership arrangement, registered agent, or tax treatment to choose, speak with an attorney, CPA, or other qualified professional before we prepare the filing information.
Our role is limited to administrative support based on information and decisions you provide. If a question requires judgment about what you should choose, we stop and refer you to the appropriate professional or agency.
If you have already decided to form a Texas LLC, we can transcribe the information you provide into the Texas filing process, check that requested fields are completed, submit the filing at your direction when authorized, and organize the filing evidence. We do not select or recommend any substantive answer.

After the business is ready for an EIN, we can transcribe customer-provided information into the EIN application and assist with submission. You identify the business’s true responsible party and provide the required information. If Avanza Grow submits as an authorized third-party designee, we follow the IRS authorization process. The IRS issues EINs at no charge; any Avanza Grow fee is for clerical assistance.

We can provide a general checklist of documents that a bank may request and point you to bank resources. We do not recommend a financial product, complete the bank’s eligibility decisions, or guarantee an account. The financial institution controls its application, approval, products, and requirements.

We can organize practical next steps such as domain, professional email, website, and Google presence, and provide links to public government resources. We do not determine which licenses, permits, registrations, or compliance obligations apply to your business.

We can organize confirmation documents and create reminders based on dates or instructions provided by you or the issuing agency. We do not determine your legal, tax, reporting, or compliance obligations.

Filing support is quote-based after a brief administrative intake. We’ll confirm the clerical work we can perform, the information you must provide, our service fee, and any separate government or third-party fees before work begins.
You work with us directly; there is no automated self-service filing checkout.
We explain exactly which data-entry, submission, and record-organization tasks Avanza Grow will handle.
State, federal, banking, or third-party charges are identified separately from our service fee.
You are responsible for every substantive decision and for confirming the accuracy of the information before it is submitted.
Avanza Grow is not a law firm. We do not select an entity type, management structure, members or managers, ownership arrangement, registered agent, business purpose, effective date, supplemental provisions, or other legal terms for you. We do not draft custom contracts or operating agreements or advise on the legal effect of a filing.
Avanza Grow is not an accounting or tax firm. We do not choose tax classifications or elections, determine tax treatment, prepare tax returns, or decide who should be listed as the EIN responsible party. We can refer you to a CPA, enrolled agent, or other qualified professional when needed.
The Texas Secretary of State, IRS, and other agencies control filing acceptance, processing times, fees, and requirements. Avanza Grow cannot guarantee acceptance, an EIN, or a specific processing date.
If the answer requires legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other professional judgment, we will not choose for you. We will pause that part of the filing and ask you to obtain the decision from the appropriate licensed professional or government agency.
